Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Domestic orders are shipped DHL or Hermes depending on the weight of the package. We generally get most orders shipped in 2-4 business days and transit generally takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location your package is shipped from Lower Saxony for products fulfilled by Kai.Berg automotive photography.

For items that are shipped from Europe, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping confirmation and 7-14 business days for transit. Please consider that there could potentially be delays during the import/customs inspection.

Please note that we do not ship any artwork in frames, all artwork is shipped in tubes.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped DHL international, transit times are typically 7-14 business days but at times can take up to 3-5 weeks.

We are required to declare the retail value of all international shipments and your shipment may be subject to a customs/import fee. International customers are responsible for any custom/import fees charged by their country. Please check the policies of your government as each country differs on this matter. In the instance of a product that is shipped from Europe, US customers may incur custom/import fees.

Please note that we do not ship any artwork in frames, all artwork is shipped in tubes.

Return Policy

Kai.Berg automotive photography offers a 30-day, no questions asked return policy on all apparel unless otherwise noted on the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the condition, you received them to qualify for an exchange or refund. To start an exchange or return, please email us at kai@familie-bergmann.de.

All other items including artworks are refundable for 14 days. Damaged goods should be reported within 7 days after receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail to kai@familie-bergmann.de with clear pictures of damaged goods (still in the original packaging and with address label showing on the picture). Please note that we do not ship any artwork in frames, all artwork is shipped in tubes (unless otherwise noted in the product description).

For all international orders, including German orders, return postage is not provided. Please note that in the event of a return, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
